01Why choose Hydro over the fan-cooled model?
Choose Hydro when you prefer moving heat into a water loop. Both models offer up to 6 TH/s at 100 W; Hydro changes the cooling design, not the headline mining performance.
02What water-cooling hardware comes with Hydro?
The listed box contents are the Hydro miner, 12 V / 10 A DC power supply, 3D-printed stand and quick start guide. Check the radiator, pump and tubing requirements with support before ordering; do not assume unlisted loop components are included.
03Is the Hydro completely silent?
Water cooling moves heat away from the ASIC board, but pump and radiator fans can still make noise. The loop configuration and placement determine the sound in your room; no measured decibel rating is published here.
04How much electricity does 100 W use?
At a constant 100 W, 24 hours of operation uses 2.4 kWh. Multiply 2.4 by your electricity price per kWh to estimate a daily cost. Actual wall consumption varies with settings, cooling and power-supply losses.
05Which power plug should I select?
Choose the plug for your location: US / Canada, Europe, Australia or UK / Ireland. The same selection appears in the header dropdown and the product controls. Confirm local electrical compatibility before connecting the power supply.
06Will solo mining pay Bitcoin every day?
No. Solo mining has no guaranteed payout schedule, and a small miner may never find a valid block. Configure your own mining payout address and a compatible pool; any reward is subject to that pool’s rules and fees.
07When do I see shipping methods?
Enter your contact and delivery address first. Selecting a complete Google Places address advances to shipping methods once the required contact fields are valid. You can also enter an address manually and confirm it.
08What are the return and warranty periods?
Request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery. Both Rev 6.1 models have a 12-month warranty from delivery for manufacturing defects. Return condition requirements, coverage exclusions and claim instructions are set out in the Returns and Warranty policies.
09How does the Bitcoin payment work?
After you confirm your order, an exact BTC amount and a dedicated receiving address appear. Send BTC over the native Bitcoin network. The payment screen checks for the transaction and shows its confirmation status; your wallet’s network fee is separate.
